Comfortable! Clean! Equipped! Beautiful view!

I stayed at Mara Laguna with my mom and daughter for two weeks. The grounds were always clean and security was always visible and friendly. There was some construction happening in the condo below us, but it was not disruptive as they would wrap up by the afternoon and most days we were out and about. Seeing iguanas walk freely was a highlight for myself and my daughter. Another incredible highlight was having unobstructed sunset views over the lagoon every night. I didn't want to leave! And I cannot wait to go back. I would absolutely stay at Mara Laguna again.

Clean spacious 2 bedroom unit in a third floor walk up with an excellent view of the lagoon from the long balcony. Loved to sit out there and watch the wildlife including the crocodiles, herons and egrets. Lovely salt water pool that we used almost daily. The few minor issues that we had were quickly addressed by the friendly local Vacasa rep.

This is a nice property to stay if you are looking for a lagoon side experience. The management is very responsive to questions and super helpful for information. The beds are comfortable and the space is nicely appointed. It is also a nice feature to have a washer/dryer (located just outside the unit) available.

Mara Laguna was such a beautiful home. My family and I had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The house was perfectly equipped for our family of five and offered the most stunning view. The neighbors were lovely, and I felt so comfortable staying here—it truly felt like home. The guest services were exceptional. You all absolutely nailed it. I genuinely feel like I received the best service in Belize compared to any other country I’ve visited. The team was always ready to assist with anything we needed, responding quickly, kindly, and with so much care. I can’t wait to come back again!
