Island Pearl was very welcoming and comfortable. Many amenities provided made the stay nice and easy.

The condo is very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was good, which helps for those of us that still work, the air conditioner was more than adequate. A heads up on a few things. 1. There is no coffee when you arrive for the next morning. In fact, the kitchen amenities are lacking. It would have been nice to know that before we arrived late on a Sunday, after the local grocery store had closed. 2. If you plan on doing any cooking at all, it would be wise to bring salt and pepper, small quantities of spices you might want, a small quantity of sugar because the grocery stores seem to run out often and oil. 3. The condo has a nice dock with two lounge chairs at the end. There was never a problem with people sharing. 4. If you want to use the bikes, it's easiest to sign up online before heading to Island Pearl. 5. The safe in our room did not work. We contacted the concierge and were told we did not have access to the safe. Our neighbors all had access to their safes. We found out on the last day that the batteries were dead on our safe. It would've been nice to have a place to put our passports while we were out. 6. The instruction manual was not very informative. It would be nice to have it updated to tell what amenities are available on Caye Caulker. Suggestions would be to list the most popular grocery stores, restaurants with menus, places of interest. This is our fourth time to stay on Caye Caulker. It is growing very fast and changing rapidly. But we still love the laid-back attitude of CC. 7. If you want to rent a golf cart, Go Slowly Rental has good prices. 8. The pool has four loungers that are very comfortable. The water was cold in February because it does not get much sun. It was a great place to hang out and read. But if you want to swim, you need to go about a mile and a half north to Bliss Beach. 8. Please don't let my review keep you from staying at Island Pearl. It's a pretty facility. The comments above would have helped us to have a very relaxing trip.

We loved the peacefulness and charm of Caye Caulker. Very cool to take the water taxi across the Split and explore the south side via bike. Beautiful to gaze at the lovely Caribbean and snorkel!
