Unit and property grounds were very nice. Could not get the check in address never showed up in email tried emailing support no answer. Called a number finally received a partial answer but fortunately our shuttke driver found it without the property management help. The only way we were able to get in the unit was from a cleaning person onsite. Just absolutely zero communication from the management group. The initial, the pool, the location was fantastic. Our son loved it there and we enjoyed it as well

This place is large and spacious and has comfortable beds and nice bedding. We loved being able to sit by the pool in the sun or shade or wander down the beach or to the restaurant next door. The smaller bathroom was a bit musty-smelling, and for the price, I had been hoping that some of the amenities were in a bit better condition (for example some of the pots were all scratched up). But overall, we enjoyed our stay here and were so glad to have not booked right in Placencia. It isn't far by car, though, and we were easily able to back and forth as needed. The grocery store is about one minute away, and that was handy as well.
