B3 at Blue Water Beach Villas -Gold Standard Certified

It took us 3 days to get a response from the hosts listed in the guest book. The beach was not being raked and cleaned like other properties in the area. The caretakers on site were not willing to answer questions or be helpful. The outdoor steps and walkways were never swept clean in the time we were there. There is very limited golf cart parking available. More spots are needed. The property in general is getting a run down feeling about it.

The location was quiet, it was clean and had all the necessary needs of a home. We were able to enjoy the view, the calmness of the water and being close to San Pedro, Secret Beach and the many restarants that were less than 5 minutes by golf cart. The customer service team was always readily available. Thank you!

My overall stay was great! My client service person Genelli was stellar! From me booking my trip a month out, she kept in contact with me from booking until I left to come back home. She extremely responsive and knows how to coordinate events. Very helpful and always polite and made me feel like I'm looked after. I will be using Vacasa ony return. The view was picture perfect. SN: Lots of mosquitoes on the island so be warned.

I stayed at unit B3 for 8 nights in November. It's a well appointed and spacious condo. Everything was as expected from a Vacasa managed property. Loved the location, nice appliances, comfortable bed, etc. The staff was great as well. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again next time on Ambergris!

Great place to unwind and relax. Pool was kept clean for use throughout the day. Awesome sunrise view. Lots of birds to listen to. Staff is very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Bluewaters. The location , the view, easy access to the property , cleanliness, and amenities in the property are winners. We had jarde time opening the bslcony door and there was constant noise- like storm- because of the gap in the window. We didn’t mind but it would matter for a single visitor.
