Great beachfront property with own jetty and sitting area. New AC and other renovations.

Bed was super comfortable. There was ample seating. Full size frig. All the pots, pans, glassware, plates, cutlery you will need. They did have a microwave and coffee maker. There is a line to hang clothes and plenty of seating on the patio. There is an A/C unit upstairs and one downstairs. The bathroom was big and came with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The outside lot area was huge and had table and chairs and lounge chairs for sunbathing. The pier has chairs and hammocks. Walking distance to restaurants. The grocery store is pretty sad but several miles up the road is a huge grocery store that is fully stocked. Too far to walk but car or golf cart would work. There was a fruit/vegi stand across the street. I did not have a vehicle and I walked everywhere and I had a great 2 week stay. I would recommend this beach house to anyone and I plan on staying here again

The cabana was in a great location right on the beach with a dock. One other cabana and a permanent resident were on the secluded lot. Parking was available on the street. The cabana itself is dated and in need of some repair, though all amenities were available.

This is a really nice house that is located right on the beach, and away from the congestion of Placencia. The only complaint that we had during our day is that the road noise is significant in the early morning, and woke us up at 6:30 AM. The kitchen is spacious, the living room is comfy, and the setting is spectacular.
