You'll find a couple of restaurants close by, and if you want more options you can always drive to the city of San Pedro, just four miles north. Don‚Äôt forget to try one of the many attractions the island has to offer, such as kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, or scuba diving. House was well stocked and had a great pool. A little out of the way. It’s secluded.

Perfect rental for a relaxing time. The pool was perfect for cooling off or floating around. The house was clean and more than well equipped. Plenty of everything you would expect. Even geckos 🦎! Had a couple sharing the space with us. Great view of the lagoon. The Playa Del Sol was a great place to eat if you don’t want to drive into the city. There are really good restaurants between the rental and the south end of town. Not one bad meal while we were there. You have to rent a golf cart to stay here. Groceries were more expensive than expected. I would recommend going to ACES Animal Sanctuary and support a nonprofit that takes injured and homeless animals. They rehabilitate and return most to the wild. There is also a really interesting outdoor museum called Eco Museum about Mayan and island history. They will serve you a drink and a snack after your tour. Just a couple non ocean related options. Snorkeling was great and so was the fishing.

This home was very clean with a great view of the lagoon. We visited at the end of February and were not bothered by bugs or mosquitos. There is a hotel next door which was very convenient, great food and drinks.

This location was quite, a bit out of the way but a nice home away from home! Great amenities, clean and hits on all marks!

We paid for this property for 7 nights but lost our $$ and paid for 6 nights at another property after staying in this house for 1 night. In regards to this property… 1. the beach / waterfront out back of the house was really stinky and not usable. 2. too much standing water around the house / street / neighborhood causing lots of mosquitoes, making it hard to even be outside. 3. Property is too far from restaurants / bars / things to do especially considering we couldn’t be outside on the property 4. too much construction going on around the property. The house itself was really nice, just not usable or enjoyable with the smell / mosquitoes / noise / roads / etc.
