It offers a shared pool and deluxe services like personal chefs can be arranged for great home-cooked meals every day. You can even go snorkeling and fishing right from the dock. This popular resort is located in a relaxed and quiet area, a little ways from the main town, but you won't have to go far for fun! Portofino Restaurant and Rojo Beach Bar are right nearby. There is also a spa close by and several scuba diving centers, where you can book trips to the Blue Hole and other amazing spots. Venture a bit further and you'll be on the sands of Secret after driving five miles, while San Pedro is only six miles away. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The villa and property were nice. Bed was a bit firmer than our preference. Our only complaint would be there were no stairs on the dock to get in and out of the water. Due to the extensive sargassum that accumulated on the beach we were unable to actually get in the water to swim or use the kayak without wading through the very stinky sargassum. The beach was inaccessible which was very unfortunate.

A nice place to stay off the main busyness of San Pedro. Quiet and easy to relax at in a very comfortable apartment. Nearby a few great gems... Restaurants and bars. Be prepared for a bumpy golf-kart ride.

The unit is charming with an amazing view of sunrises over the ocean. We stayed 2 weeks and ate most of our meals in and had everything we needed. We especially like the proximity to Carpe Diem Charters at Portofino--and had wonderful excursions with them. It's great not to have to go all the way to San Pedro for snorkeling trips! The location absolutely requires a golf cart--we are looking forward to the road to the north to be paved!

Horrible experience with property management and had no water for the first two nights. Booking.com offer no help or discounts for inconvenience and no water and no water pressure. 45 minutes drive to the town made finding alternatives almost impossible.

Beautiful and private. Love the location, it's far away from the busyness of the town but still have access to restaurants and stores only a few minutes walk or a short golf cart ride away. We will definitely return.
