Casa Edie at Edie Beach -Gold Standard Certified

Our family recently stayed at Casa Edie for a vacation in Belize, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The photos on the booking page are beautiful, but they simply don't do the property justice. Seeing it in person was breathtaking. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained, with mature mango trees, gorgeous palm trees, and an abundance of flowering plants and shrubs that make the property feel like a private tropical oasis. The private beach was meticulously cared for by the property management team and was one of our favorite places to relax throughout the week. The pier extending into the Caribbean Sea was another highlight. We spent countless hours enjoying the views, swinging in the hammocks, and simply taking in the beauty of the water. Even on the windiest days, the scenery was stunning and the beach remained a wonderful place to spend time. The home itself is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and highly functional. With five bedrooms, it comfortably accommodated our group while still feeling warm, intimate, and cozy rather than oversized. The kitchen quickly became the heart of our stay. It provided a wonderful gathering space for meals, conversations, and making memories together. It was also stocked with nearly everything needed for an extended stay, which made cooking and entertaining easy. The location was ideal. We enjoyed being close to Placencia and other nearby beaches while still feeling tucked away and private. The property was also conveniently located for exploring the rest of Belize. Whether heading to the airport or taking the scenic drive west for jungle excursions, everything was accessible, and the drives themselves were beautiful. Casa Edie provided the perfect setting for our family vacation. Between the stunning property, comfortable accommodations, beautiful beach, and excellent location, it is a place we would gladly return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Belize.

We loved the location right on the beach in a very quiet area. There are homes to each side, but the week before Christmas, we were the only people on the beach. It is close enough to town to run errands and head to restaurants, but away from the hustle and bustle. The home is well equipped with everything we needed. It is recently renovated and beautifully decorated. It was a perfect base for all of our Belize adventures.

Beautiful newly remodeled home right on the beach! The beachfront is stunning and the property is quiet. Close proximity to resorts to visit for meals and their amenities; easy to get down to the “busier” end of the peninsula. The owners have a caretaker on site that can answer questions and help with any needs in the home. Would absolutely book again.

Great views. House was lacking some key items (filtered water, toilet paper, paper towels).

Loved the seclusion of this place. We could enjoy the sand and the water with our 5 children. Orlando was so friendly and chopped coconuts open for us to drink the water. Would love to come back someday!
