This was an awful experience for us. The condo was not ready upon arrival, and we were set up in a temporary condo. When the condo was ready there was a foul odor which never went away. The A/C did not work properly. The condo was facing the main road and that created a lot of noise. The staff was incompetent. The balcony doors do not have a lock. The windows could use a good cleaning. I cannot recommend this condo to anyone.

Great location, however floor was filthy! Curtains wouldn't shut all the way, so light would come into the rooms.Thermostat, on the wall, only had one temperature and that was freezing.

We did not like the conditions of the property or the conditions of the room. The room had bugs(ROACHES), if you want guest to stay on your property, you all need to UPGRADE your property for the money being charged and spray for bugs. The room was horrible, broken furniture (doors to the dresser, your property was in poor condition. Unit C203.

These condos were a perfect spot. Close to San Pedro center but still in a quiet little paradise. Everyone was easy to contact and addressed any issues we had right away. We will be staying here again.
