The condo is comfortable with a deck to see the Caribbean and listen to the waves. Shaunice checks daily to see if anything is needed. She is absolutely THE BEST!!

Just a little ways from town, these rental properties are great if you like your independence. There were staff around everyday if you needed help, laundry, etc. And restaurants nearby if needed.

Unit #21 is close to the pool and also has great views of the ocean since it is on the first level. It is situated nicely to take advantage of the afternoon breezes, but it was hot enough in March that we used the AC pretty much 24/7. This is not really a location where you can get right into the ocean because there is alot of seaweed/trash buildup right at the edge, but the pool was very refreshing. There are a few restaurants at nearby resorts, but you will need transportation if you stay here. Beware of Placencia Car Rental down the road, instead ask your local Vacasa concierge for a golf cart rental, the difference is $157/day versus $65/day. You will need a vehicle to get to a grocery store or to go to the village of Placencia. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachside Villas.

Great stay right on the water! Kitchen was great with a few stores nearby for easy cooking with the provided pots/pans/utensils. Only complaint I would have is the bed is VERY loud- will wake your partner up at night. There also is not a comforter(even though the ac/heat works great, I’m picky sorry). Would stay here again in a beautiful part of the country.
