Location is far from the Village, Next door a night club , QR CODE for WIFI ... all the room was clean ..

Pros: the place is cheap, and away from the main drag. The pool is okay, and the roof top view is good. Cons: When we were there it was infested with ants inside the house. You are only provided a single travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap with a note that you have to go buy what you need otherwise from the store. There wasn't enough linens (no blankets for the futon sofa and not enough pillows for the bed). THe bed and sofa both were really unfcomfortable. The place is right next to the airport, with planes landing and taking off loudly regularly, and unit 1 is right next to the staircase. Aslo, bar next door (which was described to us as a whore house, but we weren't able to verify) is loud, but not too loud. Running the fan in the bedroom at night drowned it out. There was not enough storage for us to put our clothes (only 1 kitchen cabinet in the bedroom). Overall I'd not stay here again, unless I was tight on money, there are many other better options, but those aren't as well advertised.

There is no management on the property checking in establishing Wi-Fi getting a bicycle rental getting information and directions to what's close by you're basically on your own

Place was ok. Concierge was very helpful and quick to respond. This particular room though, Chan #1, had the bedroom window just steps from the every to a bar that played loud music all night and people gathering outside the entry and being loud. I liked the place but would choose a room set further back.
