The unit has alot of room. The A/C works great and everything you would need is supplied by the owners of the unit including a washer and dryer. Most people will have a golf cart and this location is great for access to the north and south end of the Island. The two coffee shops in front of the building are great and one of them has a market with most essentials. There is also a market store across the street. The location is also away from the city center so the noise is minimal from the traffic. If you want a clean and quiet large space this is it. We will be back again next year for another stay. Communication provided by the owner was excellent as well.

Staff enjoyable. Area beautiful. Many Mara Laguna villas are appointed nicely. I302 absolutely needs updates.. from water dispenser, Bed mattress and pillows, to the couch!
