Step outside to the balcony and stare in awe at the breathtakingly beautiful crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. If you head down to the common area, you can suntan on the lawn chairs, or walk down the beach feeling the sand under your feet. Take advantage of the shared swimming pool available and cool off during those hot summer days. Come back home and treat your friends to a tasty homecooked meal and enjoy it outdoors, in your private and furnished balcony. Far from the noise of town, this rental is perfect to enjoy a relaxing vacation. There are restaurants within walking distance. The property also has two kayaks ready to be taken in the ocean. If you want to explore even further we can help you rent a golf cart which is the best way of getting around. You'll be on the sands of Secret Beach after driving five miles, while San Pedro is only six miles away. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Beach towels are provided.

The private dock was amazing, it was a quiet location away from the city with restaurants nearby. Would absolutely go back.

My family and I are Belizean (born and raised) Naturalized American's excited to spend time in San Pedro for my Mother's Birthday. This was her request since she had not been on the island for 25 years. I loved that the number of rooms we needed was available and that our booking agent was friendly and helpful. However, some fixtures in the room were delipidated/cracked and we noticed that the balcony and the beach needed cleaning. I'm not sure if the condition of the balcony and fixtures in the room were not addressed prior to our arrival because we are Belizeans or because it was a short notice trip. Either way it would have been great to get a discounted cost given all I've mentioned. It would also be great for Nationals to get discounted stay options since local tourism is also very important. Our overall stay was ok.

This was our second time staying at Blue Water Villas. The property is well maintained. The pool is relaxing and refreshing. I love that the location is quiet and private. The unit itself was just what we needed. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and worked for us. It is a bit of a drive out of town but we love that it feels very restful and quiet. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. We felt safe and comfortable!
