The biggest issue with this place is there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed - so it's not really a two bed situation like I thought it would be, there is really only one viable bed. Other than that I have no complaints - this place was right by the airport, it was easy to get into, the A/C worked well as did the shower/toilet, there was a fridge and other amenities that were appreciated. If there had been bedding for the sofa bed this would've been a great place but unfortunately because of that it's not really as advertised.

I stayed here for a quick overnight trip to explore Caye Caulker, and it was exactly what I needed—affordable, convenient, and stress-free. The property is located near the airport, which might sound like a concern, but honestly, it wasn’t a bother at all. The area was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day out. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to The Split. There are local food spots nearby, so you still have good options close to the property if you don’t feel like walking far. The space itself was simple, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a short stay. It had everything I needed, and I appreciated how easy the check-in process was. Additionally, the recommended driver, Abner was so nice! Overall, no complaints at all. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay while exploring the island (especially for a night or two), this is a solid choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 3 week stay at Mayan Falls The price was right for this basic set up but provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The crew were fantastic, they took care of anything we asked for, they work hard to keep the villa clean. The pool was an excellent amenity that we really enjoyed during our stay, we highly recommend to anyone who doesn't prefer the frills.

The price was good but it was too far from the village, the club was loud, the sandflies were busy. The POSITIVE thing was excellent communication with staff. Also, when we advised we weren’t happy there (were in our 70’s), they refunded the three additional night’s promptly. This would be a great stay for younger people in a tight budget. The bed was comfy, the WiFi was good, they provided Netflix to stream, bedding was clean, and pool was nice.
