Mango 10 at Caribe Island Condos Gold Standard Certified

Located on the south side of San Pedro. This is a quiet area waterfront condo with pool and pier. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. The concierge service was the best.

This property was very comfortable and clean. It is right on the beach and we sat and watched the waives for several evenings. It was a little way from San Pedro town but we enjoyed the peace and quiet when we got back to the condo. This might be a small thing but I appreciate the provision of shampoo, conditioner, etc. Must easier to pack for next time, now that I know! We absolutely recommend renting a golf cart! We drove it all over, including Secret Beach and the Belize Eco Museum (strongly recommend both!). The concierge was AMAZING! So quick to answer and any and all questions. We would recommend this property, this experience, and Vacasa after this trip!

2nd floor unit with 3 bedrooms, two baths and two balconies overlooking the beach and ocean. Very comfortable living room, bedrooms and full size kitchen. 3 very good restaurants within 1-3 blocks. South of downtown, which is great for quiet and away from all the hecticness, but 15 minute golf cart ride in to in town restaurants. We dove five days with Islnd Divers and they are great. 15 minutes golf cart ride or they’ll pick you up on the dock out front of the condo.

The condo was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and having those stunning views of the Belize Barrier Reef from the balconies was pure magic. We loved the peaceful location—close enough to town for convenience, but far enough to enjoy quiet mornings and tranquil evenings. The pool area and palapa were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and we really enjoyed having easy beach access right outside our door. The concierge service and management team were outstanding—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with tours, golf cart rentals, and local recommendations. Every detail was taken care of, making our trip effortless from start to finish. This condo is ideal for families or groups who want comfort, cleanliness, and an authentic island experience. We felt completely at home and can’t wait to come back to this little slice of paradise in San Pedro. Highly recommended!

We will definitely stay here again if/when we go back to AC.

We had a great time in San Pedro staying at this condo. It is in a good location being close to town but not in a busy area. the property was clean and we really enjoyed the pool, palapa and nearby resturants.
