Swan Villas is a brand-new construction along the lagoon side of the Placencia Peninsula. The small town of Maya Beach is a mile north and Placencia Village is about seven miles south, though you only have to walk the 75 short yards to the beach to truly relax here! You will immediately notice the unique appearance of the homes, which were designed inside and out by a famous architect. The concept behind this is the idea of organic architecture, which creates a harmonious atmosphere that combines the human world with the beauty of nature. When you stay here you may feel a little more relaxed and at peace with nature simply through the thoughtful design of these lovely villas. This particular listing includes three separate villa that make up one large villa. One villa is the entire downstairs two-bedroom apartment, and the remaining villas are two studios upstair. The ground floor of this building contains the first villa, the Lion Fish Retreat, which is the largest of the three rentals. Anyone who loves to snorkel or scuba dive will be right at home here; this area is well known for its underwater sights. You could check out the colorful sea life, dive to see the second largest barrier reef in the world, or take a group outing to view the friendly manatees that live in the lagoon.
