Condo #31 at Beachside Villas -Gold Standard Certified

⭐️⭐️ (2 stars for the view) If you’re booking this condo for the view — congratulations, it’s beautiful. If you’re booking it for literally anything else… lower your expectations. The bed felt like it had been faithfully serving guests since at least 2014 (and possibly the dinosaurs). The furniture appears to have been sourced from a patio clearance sale — stylish for the outdoors, less ideal for your spine. Two living room chairs have bottoms busted out, so they’re more decorative than functional. The futon? Let’s just say prison cots might have better Yelp reviews. No starter supplies whatsoever — no coffee, no salt, no pepper… not even a “welcome to paradise” packet of anything. For an extended-stay rental, it strangely feels like they don’t actually want you to extend your stay. TV volume required a cable-box engineering degree to hear anything. Bathroom tiles are cracked, the fridge leaks water onto the tile floor (bonus slip-and-slide feature), and maintenance was “coming by” — but apparently took a scenic route and never arrived. Concierge was responsive enough to swap sheets, but not blankets (yikes). After four hours of waiting and no follow-up, we packed up and paid for another place. Vacasa makes communication a fun maze where the only character you can unlock is “Concierge.” Don’t expect a refund — and don’t expect comfort. If you’re party animals who just need a place to crash and stare at the ocean, you’ll love it. If you’re like us and enjoy curling up on a comfortable couch to watch a movie at night… you may want to keep scrolling. Great view though. Truly. They need to do something with the fan palm!

I absolutely loved the deck facing the beach and hearing the sound of the waves ! What a treat. I loved the lush tropical grounds surrounding the property. It is a true oasis.
