Seabird - Villa 12

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay! Beautiful Villa & Perfect for Family! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Seabird Villa 12! Our group was upgraded to this unit, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The home had everything we needed and more. It was spotless upon arrival, and you could immediately tell that a lot of thought went into both the architecture and the overall design. Modern, comfortable, and very inviting! The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made a big difference for our group, especially since we were celebrating a special 70th birthday getaway. Everyone slept great and felt relaxed throughout the stay. The private pool and outdoor areas were perfect for spending time together, the cafe and community pool along with the peaceful canal views added to the experience. The community itself is also very beautiful, quiet, and well maintained, which made it feel like a true escape while still being close enough to enjoy Placencia and the surrounding area. A special thank you to the Concierge and Management team as well — they were extremely helpful, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Their support really added to the overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this villa to families or groups looking for a comfortable, stylish, and relaxing place to stay in Belize. This was a rare occurance of the place actually being a little better than the photos suggest. The windows and views are completely stunning. It was an excellent place for viewing both sunrises and completely stunning sunsets. The fully loaded kitchen had everything we needed! We were a group of 8. A little more lounging furniture would have been extra nice, but there was plenty of space for everyone to sit down at the dining table and have meals together. We pulled some blankets and pillows from the bedrooms to make some lie-down space in the living room when we were all hanging out in the evening. The enormous windows gave stunning views, and we had everything we needed. The only drawback was that the doors to most rooms didn't have a functional mechanism to stay closed, including bathrooms. I hope they plan to fix this. The place seemed very new. I wouldn't be surprised if we were the first group to stay there.
