The house was great! Good area! Very clean! Kitchen stocked!

The communication was great for check-in and during our stay. The house and property were clean with lots of amenities. The location was good with lots of places to explore nearby!

Really lovely home (and it really feels like a home) with extraordinary views. The house has everything from a fully outfitted kitchen to pool toys to the most stunning views. Exceptionally well decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. We are already planning our next trip.

The home itself is beautiful. It’s well appointed and in a lovely location. That being said the management team at Vacasa was terrible and the home had major items in need of replacement or repair. I booked the property through Marriott Homes and Villa’s yet when we arrived it was Vacasa management. Definitely a bait and switch as I would not have booked with Vacasa for the same reason I don’t book with Airbnb. Quality of service and homes are questionable on these platforms IMO. The home had no blackout shades so we were rudely awakened by the sun each morning @6am. Definitely no sleeping in or getting any rest. The fridge is broken and needs to be replaced immediately. The icebreaker is broken and the fridge itself kept resetting, overheating and turning off. So the ice we bought kept melting and refreezing. We have difficulty keeping anything cold and we threw out the ice cream we bought as it melted. We reported this on Day 1 and Vacasa sent someone the next day. Unfortunately the only thing he did was hit the reset button even though I told him I had already reset it multiple times. Did no investigation at all. Walked away and never came back. When I again reported to Vacasa the fridge was not working they couldn’t even be bothered to respond. The safe stopped working on day 1 with our items still inside. I reported this to Vacasa and advised them that not opening the safe was not an option as I had medication that needed to be taken that night. Vacasa told me the maintenance guy wasn’t around and they themselves couldn’t help as their “car was in the shop”. So I asked if that would be the same response if we were locked out of the house which is the same equivalent. Again no response. Master TV did not turn on. They sent a repairman who swapped out the battery but did not test the TV itself. So although the turned on the TV we couldn’t get online any streaming service. I would NOT stay this home again nor would I recommend Vacasa.

Great open space for relaxing and amazing views of the ocean and patio. Everything was in great condition and absolutely no complaints. Perfect place to take family for a relaxing vacation and close to many restaurants for daily lunches and dinners.
