Highland Avenue Heaven

Location was great! Unit had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again!

To begin with, the condo itself was perfect! So clean and just absolutely adorable. That's where this positive experience ends. The pool was unusable because other tenants had turned it into their personal space for a very large and VERY LOUD party. Friday night we reached out to "guest services" and told them what was going on. We were told that "local staff" had been notified of the situation. As the night went on, the party got louder and louder and louder. Finally at 12:30 am they went to bed. Multiple times we reached out to "guest services" and were told it had been addressed and to wait to hear back. After a while it was apparent nothing was going to be done. Saturday afternoon the party kicked back into high gear. So many people that were parking all over the lot, screaming kids all afternoon/night, and the music was BLARING to the point we couldn't even sit in the living room with the door closed. After calling the "guest service" line and basically giving them our opinion, which mind you at this point was very bad, they finally had it shut down at 10:00. Smoking, drinking, screaming, and the incredibly LOUD music made it for a less than pleasurable stay.

We loved everything about this place. It was so close to the beach. The pool was great and the room was spectacular.

Location is the best

I decided to take a much needed trip by myself for some much needed quiet time, & this apartment was absolutely perfect! It was very clean & well kept. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and very quiet in the evening. Would definitely stay again!

Location is great - short walk to beach, shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Condo had everything we needed. The property manager responded very quickly to our inquiries during our stay.
