Perks of Life was described as a great condo that was well equipped and thoughtfully supplied for a comfortable stay. Guests found the furniture fairly comfortable and appreciated the clean, well-kept condition of the unit. The property was easy to get to, with clear access information and the convenience of an electronic door lock and gate fobs. Guests also enjoyed the pleasant outlook over the pool. Thoughtful touches such as liquid hand soap and shampoo in each bathroom added to the overall positive experience.

Great condo, nice touch to have liquid hand soap and shampoo in each bathroom. Condo is well equipped and overall great stay. The A/C control is outside the guest bedroom, which apparently got pretty cool, however the master bedroom did not get very cool with thermostat set at 72F. The master bedroom has 2 small windows above bed that do not have a window treatment so there is a lot of ambient light both at night and first thing in AM that might disturb some sleepers, would like to see a window treatment/covering for room darkening. Furniture was fairly comfortable, the stools at the high table outside weren't as comfortable as the other furniture. Liked the outside swivel chairs, unfortunately there are only 2, and we had 4 adults so conversational seating was optimum. Appreciate the electronic door lock on the entry door, and having 2 gate fobs for entry into complex. Overall great stay would recommend with the above notes to be considered.

Unit was very clean and well supplied for our 2-week stay. Easy to get to and access was explained clearly. Liked sitting overlooking the pool - while not the view of the bay, it was still good.
