We loved everything about the place. The apartment is spacious, kitchen had everything we needed. The location is five star. All the groceries we very close, some walking distance. Anna Maria Island is close, but very busy and it is a lot of traffic to get there. We will definitely come back.

We have stayed at Shore Walk for the past 8 years. Good location and plenty of stores and grocery near by. We would definitely stay there again.

The property in general was great with the exception of one tv not working. I will say that the cleaners that are being used are not that great at their jobs. There was two dirty towels in the bathroom, not even one single trash back found in the place, an a couple of the dishes needed rewashed. Not to mention the Vacasa customer service is a joke and do absolutely nothing to help you when there is an issue. With that being said the Owner is a doll, she was so understanding and helpful.

The air conditioning quit working on day seven of my fourteen day stay in Florida. Then the water heater went out. Then water began leaking from the ceiling. Nothing was repaired. I asked if I could be moved to another unit. No, I could not. I asked if I could have a half-refund after my stay. No, I could not. As an added bonus, during my entire stay, they were painting all of the buildings. From sunrise to sunset, there was noise. Nothing but noise. So imagine spending seven days in Florida during the summer in a place with no air conditioning, no hot water, while being subjected to ten hours a day of construction noises. Now imagine paying an amount with four digits to the left of the decimal for this experience. If you stay at this property, that might be your experience, too. Maybe it won’t be, but it could be. Did I mention it took almost a week to get the nine volt battery in a smoke detector replaced? Choose wisely, weary traveler.
