Guests have full access to the entire home, including the backyard and patio space for relaxing and outdoor activities. Parking is located in the driveway; guests do not have access to the garage.

Sitting in a quiet suburban neighborhood in Village Green, this wonderful home away is convenient to shopping and the main thoroughfare to Anna Maria Island and a few blocks from the Blake Medical Center. Make the short drive to Robison Preserve or DeSoto National Memorial Park for a bit of fun in the sun and hiking trails that will give you a unique glimpse of Tampa Bay just four miles from your front door.

A car is recommended for getting around Bradenton and making the most of your stay. This home is conveniently located near IMG Academy, with easy access to local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and some of the area’s most beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. Anna Maria Island is just a short drive away, while downtown Bradenton and Sarasota are also within easy reach. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available throughout the area, making it easy to get around without a car when needed.

You will have the home completely to yourself, but our management team is available 24/7 in case of emergency.

Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for an additional fee. A 48-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. This vacation home is in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by not making excessive noise or engaging in boisterous behavior, especially after 11pm. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not leave children unattended near the pool or spa.
