Tropical Gulf View Estate

Im giving this 5 stars because if I was to ever build a beach house it would likely be based on this layout. The en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom was a huge plus. The open kitchen/family room was great for gathering and the views of the ocean unobstructed from all 3 levels - wow!. It was very well equipped amenity wise. All beds were comfortable too. Not a lot of closet space though. More tv's than we could use. Plenty of towels etc. and the pool was fabulous. Walk to town for coffee .3 miles, very convenient. Will say having one key to get in and out with doors that really needed to be jiggled to lock was a negative. Multiple exterior chairs are in need of replacing and the white sofas just were not clean. All in all you wont be disappointed for what you get at this price point. AMI is a fun place to be!

AMI is amazing! The home has plenty of space and nice layout. Upon arrival the garage code did not work. Had to wait for the local team to access a key. The garage code was not fixed during our stay so we had to stay together as a group with only one key to access the home; ok but not ideal. The rental company was good at responding to messages. Could have been cleaner 3.5 out of 5. Sent pics to the team so hopefully it will be taken care of in the future. The ice maker in the bar is cool but needed cleaning. Laundry detergent dispenser very dirty. Needs some extra attention in a couple areas like bathroom drawers. Grab some Clorox wipes as there are no cleaning products and you should be good. The pool is amazing and kept a great temp. Grill works well. Kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. Coffee pot, grinder, and Keurig machine. Lots of fridge space. Amazing toilet in master! The porches and roof deck are beautiful, sunrise is awesome. Missing cushions on some outdoor furniture. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living and dining. Small lounge with a tv. Bathrooms are beautiful. Game room was a plus. Beach chairs (4 large 3 kids and 2 camp chairs) wagon, cooler, 1 umbrella, small tent (for kids), couple of floats. Rent a golf cart. We rented from Hodo's great & family owned! Bay side is quiet but better beaches are on gulf a quick golf cart ride. Easy walk to Pine Ave and Waterfront restaurant is a must try. Overall nice, we will stay again.

Great family house, great pool, wonderful views. Perfect island beach house close to the beach and the town. The owners even went the extra mile to decorate the house for the holidays for our family Christmas.

We loved the pool. There are some things that need addressing

From the beautiful curb appeal to the well thought out design and layout of the house it couldn’t have been more accommodating for our family of 8! The arcade room, pool, kids room & media area for the kids was more than entertaining for the little ones. The open floor plan, spacious stylish rooms and bathrooms were enjoyable for the adults! All the beach supplies provided were extremely convenient and helpful! Location was ideal! Core memories were made there and we are grateful it was made so easy and enjoyable!
