Peppertree Perfection

Great location across the street from the beach. Nice to have a large coffee pot! Very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The lanai was screened in (no bugs) and you can see the boats go by all day. Very enjoyable stay.

The apartment is fully loaded…great complex…great experience.

The location is terrific, with a second floor view of the Inland Waterway off the Gulf. It was quiet as well. The unit itself is spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the beach, a 10 minute walk from our unit, was excellent. And there were two very nice swimming pools available. It is mostly well-equipped although missing a few things that were disappointing. Only one working key was available. It took 10 days of asking the Vacasa person for us finally to be told that the owner had changed the lock and we would have to make the additional key ourselves. There was only one sand chair in a unit that accommodates up to two couples. Very limited cleaning products were available. There was a second bathroom, as advertised, but it did not have a shower. Perhaps we should’ve known that. There was no followup by anyone from Vacasa to find out if we needed anything. For a month-long rental, that was unsatisfactory. In spite of these deficiencies, we enjoyed our months stay at Peppertree very much. The condo association is well staffed and well run.
