The Tropical Oasis

Electricity kept going off while jacuzzi and washer or dryer was on. When I called to get it fix, was told one could be on at the same time. ( jacuzzi\ dryer) the house inside was really clean. The back patio needs some attention. Spiders webs hanging from ceiling fan. And poll cage. Also pool cage needs a deep cleaning. Other than this issues the house was good. Also smoke detectors should be mandatory. Specially with electric issues present at the house.

We needed last minute stay as our closing date was delayed on our new house and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Instruction cards all over the house made it easy to settle in.

We really enjoyed this Sarasota vacation get away! It was such a beautiful spacious home with upscale relaxing decor. It had a very comfortable sectional sofa in the living area, plus we loved how 2 of the 4 bedrooms had sliding doors out to the pool area. Bedrooms were private and it was great that all had TVs! We enjoyed using the jacuzzi and love how it has a waterfall into the pool. We also had a relaxing time watching TV out on the covered lanai which had another dining table, plus more seating around a fire pit table, and chaise lounge chairs around the pool. The house was well equipped with beach chairs and cooler to use at the beaches (Siesta Key, Lido Key) and rafts for the kids to use in the pool! Love the location which was very close to UTC mall and restaurants near the mall that we love, as well as downtown restaurants. We will book again with more family members next time.

This vacation home was very serene, relaxing, beautiful and spotless. Very tropical atmosphere, the lanai and the Pool face the Golf course very private and relaxing. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. The house and kitchen was well equipped and every morning There was a hot cup of Keurig coffee waiting for us at the coffee station. Enjoyed the large TV'S.. The Number of quality restaurants and shopping malls10 minutes away from the house was unbelievable. Getting to the beaches was just a short drive away. Definitely, looking forward to coming here again.

We found this rental very clean, everything very well organized and decorated. The house is very spacious and cozy.

We had several couples stay at this home and found that we had plenty of room for everyone. We were really happy that there was three bathrooms and all the bedrooms had TVs. We loved the private lanai and pool area the best. We were able to grill one evening and sit outside and eat while watching TV in complete privacy. The door walls opened up about 15 feet so we were able to walk in the house and outside to the pool very easily. All the amenities that we needed were at the home and everything looked brand new. They even had beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage that we used one day while visiting Seista Keys. So mny restaurants and plenty of nightlife within a few minutes drive was perfect for everyone. Took a while to figure all the lights out in the home but lloved that they were all on dimmers. We used the pool almost every day and the jacuzzi at night. There was a nice welcome book that helped to explain things about the pool, jacuzzi and amenities. This home definitely met all of our expectations and we plan to return again in the future. Thanks for helping us create wonderful memories
