We love the area. Warm pool. Hot tub! Great location. We had one concern and it was addressed right away.

This condo was a great location for a 3 week stay. Close to Siesta Beach, Legacy Trail, and retail, yet the community was very quiet and safe. Nice pool and hot tube. The condo was recently updated and in very good condition and clean. The host was very responsive. The coffee post failed, we contacted the host and a new one was shipped that evening along with a bag of coffee. We had a great stay and would definitely go back.

The unit was very clean and recently renovated. Julie, the Vacasa representative was very responsive. The twin beds were uncomfortable but will hopefully be replaced soon!

We loved the location, updated fixtures and furnishings of this home and it was extremely clean. The pool area was very, very nice. The neighbourhood very quiet, safe and friendly. Pickleball courts were great and not used much. Even though the villas are attached soundproofing must be superior as we never heard any noise whatsoever. We used the local buses to get around, it was very easy from this central location. The buses are clean and safe. Beware, the twin beds are not suitable for adults but would be fine for light weight children and teens. The primary king bed is excellent. Vacasa property management were excellent to deal with and very responsive to some minor issues we contacted them about.
