Sunrise Garden #15

My stay here was fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing resort style feel that made it easy to unwind. The property was quiet, well maintained, and just a short distance from everything Anna Maria Island has to offer. Whether you’re looking for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation, this is a great place to stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Anna Maria Island.

Walking distance to the beach where we found some amazing shells, good neighborhood

Location is perfect. It is close to everything. Walking distance to the beach on both sides of the island. Located on Spring street. The apt.. first impressions is clean and a cute space. There is plenty of utensils and cooking wear. We did not use the microwave so we can't comment on how well that works. The fridge you have to open with a little bit of force it does slid when opening the door. Parking is tight. Each apt or room has a single parking spot assigned to it. There is no additional parking available. The cleaner was very kind and helped us when we got locked out of the apt. The door automatically locks when shut or kids were playing around and we got locked out when sitting on the deck. There are two chairs outside to relax with. Tip is to leave the keys in the lock box when leaving to avoid this from happening. Plenty of seating and grills for guest to use. The pool and seating is good. Now for the opportunities. The key pad on the door does not work. Need to access from the lock. The transition strips to the bedroom is not secured to the floor, the flooring looks like it was put in quickly not done with quality. Toilet stopped working... called in to management they said it would be an emergency ticket. Received a phone call two days after check out to get an idea of what was happening. The gentleman on the phone said he just received the ticket. We had to fill the back of the toilet up with water from a water pitcher in the kitchen. After taking a shower have a pair of sandals near by the floors are not clean. You will look like you didn't wash your feet. Washing machine were not working. There had to be a work order put it for these to get fixed. This was done within two hours. Overall: the price for this stay was reasonably priced. For 3 nights being this close to the beach it was not breaking the bank. I am on the fence if I would be back

Very nice area. Beautiful cozy apartment . The code to open the door should be shorter.

Place was okay for last min, not good for more than 2 people

I loved the pool and surrounding area. Very tropical feel. You can walk to a lot of different areas..there are restaurants,shopping,beach front,and a beach front park close by
