8 Pines - Sarasota Bay

This house is perfect for a large group to spread out. The backyard pool is stunning! The inside of the house needs work, and is not a place for people who struggle with steps should rent. Outlets don’t work, lights are out, and kayak is not usable. Beautiful views of the water from upstairs deck. Background has a fire pit with no fuel connection. The house has lots of spaces to spread out. It really is an up and down place.

We had a wonderful week-long vacation at 8 Pines! It is as appealing as pictured; lots of natural light, plenty of space, fashionable decor, tons of beach and bath towels, a lot of outdoor seating in different areas, and a great pool. The location is very convenient if you plan to visit the surrounding area, like downtown Sarasota, Anna Maria Island or Siesta Key, or some really nice farmer’s markets. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood that’s great for a morning walk or watching the sunset at the water’s edge (a block away). We quickly got used to the plane traffic and the converted garage/bedroom is a little unusual in our experience but it was cute, comfortable and offered privacy. The beaches nearby are nice for a few hours but the crowds and difficult parking made hanging out at the pool a preferred choice for all eight of us. We spent several hours in it every day. We opted to have it heated and it was perfect! I would definitely stay here again!

Sure, it's near the airport. And it's a little ways from the beach. But it was so worth it. Lux accommodations with a private pool and a water views! We loved our stay in this place and the airplanes didn't really bother us. We enjoyed sunset views on the balcony and dips in the heated pool. we would def book again!

We loved the view and the extensive landscaping, the home was great with a few hiccups. The stairs were challenging but your listing warns of that lol. The TV AND INTERNET was excellent. A note about operating the TV’s would of been helpful but we got our rhythm, the selection of TV apps was great and appreciated. The art was eclectic and truly appreciated All in all a successful visit

The host was communicative, and the house was incredibly spacious, modern and clean, and plenty of parking space. Just a quick drive to downtown Sarasota and Lido beach. The pool area was really nice too. Top notch

The house is as nice as the photos. Love the big the kitchen , and also the master bedroom shower is perfectly amazing. Plus it's a quiet place and so peaceful. Love the place. Would love to book again nextime.
