Ocean View Suite

The location was ideal.

We have been coming to this cottage for several years. We missed several during Covid but, we were so excited to return. Love this place for many reasons but main reason is the proximity to the beach... literal steps. The cottage has great amenities, 2 baths are great. Never issues with wifi, although we spent so much time at the water that we didn't utilize it as much as we thought. We have so many memories here... Sunsets, Sea Birds, manatee, fish, the food places on the island. This place is paradise for us!!

I love that this home was clean, steps from the gorgeous ocean, Walgreens and Publix are 1 block away, people are kind and so helpful, we could leave our beach gear out and no one touched it, wifi was perfect, tv in each room, gas grill and washer/dryer were practically brand new and worked perfectly. I hope to return soon!!!

The property is in a great location with 50 yards to a great beach and blocks away from public shopping. It’s very quiet area at night with no loud music or noise to sit outside. The apartment was in great shape with a full size kitchen for cooking and dining with plenty of cookware and dish ware. The pictures on the internet are accurate. Received text and email communications from the host for access and updates. We did have a problem with internet connection as we were given the wrong password and it took half the day to get corrected. I will say that when we arrived it was 94% clean as I had to clean the top and side of the refrigerator floor covered in dust and dirt. I also found a small table fan in the bedroom that was white but was caked in dirt. I had to scrub the clothes washer and clean the dryer vent as it looked like it wasn’t touched in a while too. Scrubbed the grill to cookout but to no avail. While we did enjoy the apartment, the beach and location there was one problem which diverted us from a complete relaxing time & sleep. You can hear every footstep from the apartment above and it didn’t allow us to sleep, so you can say we enjoyed 2/3rds of our time at this apartment.

This was our 2nd year in a row of staying in the same unit, and it was amazing just like the last time! Great location, very clean, just 100 yards from the beach. I would recommend 100% of the time to anyone looking for a fun place to stay!
