Lower level unit, meaning you will hear the renters in the unit above you walking back and forth at night when you are trying to sleep. I would recommend in the discription so renters know. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean.

Really good location for shops, beach and trolley bus. Beds were comfy, very well equipped and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The unit above has wood floors and no buffer between units so you hear everything! During my stay, there was a couple with toddlers who were allowed to stay up to midnight and the pounded on the wood floors after the quiet time. Unfortunately, I had to file noise reports. I would not recommend the Funboard to anyone who wants to relax, sleep, or have quiet because you hear every step someone above takes, stomp, dropped object, and dogs barking. Having wood floors above you are loud and you hear everything that is happening in the unit above.

House was clean and looked just as pictures showed. It is right on the main road (Gulf Dr) but actually was not as loud as we thought it may be. Very close walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Shared outside common/sitting area. 3 units total share. Gas and charcoal grills provided Outdoor shower was a nice surprise! Some beach chairs and beach toys available, but the beach chairs were not in great shape so we purchased an umbrella and chair of our own which we left for future renter's to enjoy. Just to be aware unit does not have an oven...but has a stove top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee pot. Listing advertised a hair dryer was included but it was missing during our stay. Parking area was large and enough space to turn around so you do not have to back out onto busy main road. We were in downstairs front unit and the unit above us was empty until the day before we left. There was quite a bit of noise from renter's above walking so just keep this in mind if this would bother you. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and was a good value for the price
