Good to find the property, very good included parking, good I had instructions from parking in front of house to find the apartment door, easy access due to PIN code entry to the to the room. Place clean. Special feeling due to smallish size for 2 people max ( I was staying alone), had everything useful (no dishwasher though). Mobile signal inside was for me futile. WiFi from accommodation only reliable in a small part of the place was a bit of a nuisance. Washing and drying facilities shared with fellow holidaymakers was easy to access and free of charge, though some neighbours used it also late in evening, which didn’t bother me but could do for some. Sitting outside very useful and pleasant during cooler hours of the day. BBQ available to use (which I didn’t). Very easy access to close beach only 3-4 minutes walk away from my door, which to me was the outstanding feature. Great was the outside shower at the residence to wash of sand and salt from beach or swimming. Bed and couch were comfortable and a/c worked very well indeed. My apparent was on the far side from the road so very quiet though traffic usually dies down in late evening anyway. Plenary shopping facilities food and restaurants or cafes also only 2-4 minutes walk away walk away. Great aspect was, that there was a very nice and intriguing nature walk on the opposite side of the road which I strongly recommend to experience to everyone visiting! Overall the feel of the place is fairly basic but it’s clean, well situated with a charming feel to it for people who are not requiring luxury. It had a very friendly feel with the other guests.

Access to beach & East Bay food options. Located in the center of the Island. Studio really only works for a single visitor.

Let me just say this photos are taken in a misleading way- maybe taken with a wide angle lens??? This studio apartment is tiny tiny. However, it was optimal because we were hardly in it. The photos in the listing are of the neighborhood and rare of any of the structure itself. We paid 930$ for a 7 night stay and it was just average but I would still choose it over a hotel because you can cook inside or on the grill outside. 5 min walk from the beach

This apartment was very small, even for 2 guests but it was reasonable furnished and clean. It was unseasonably cool during our stay (mostly 50's and low 60's during the day, but colder at night). The bed only had a sheet and very thin blanket, so we requested an extra blanket but were told that this could not be provided. Internet service and tv signal were a bit weak and spotty. Ultimately, it's the location (within an easy walk from the beach and several restaurants/stores) and the attractive price that ultimately made it a good value for the money.

I loved how close it was to the beach and plaza.
