Check-in and check-out was super easy using messaging on my phone. When we arrived, the place was clean and cool, which was appreciated after a long day of travelling. Every room contained a ceiling fan, and the AC worked nicely. When we discovered there was no propane in the gas grill, the local team responded within 20 minutes to bring a new tank. The yard was nice to relax at the table and grill dinner. We didn't cook anything elaborate, so the pots/pans provided were sufficient. The literature says to bring a favorite cooking implement, but that is not always easy depending on how one travels. The place was within walking distance of the beach access. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrella as we drove our car to the property. The place only provided a nice set of beach towels. The sun is very strong, so just having towels might not be sufficient. The place had both a washer and dryer, which came in very handy. However, the washer does take a very long time to process and it makes a lot of noise. We put out the garbage and recycles as directed. It would have been nice if the place provided extra garbage bags. Peacock Lane is just off Gulf Drive which is a very busy main road on the island. Pulling out onto Gulf Drive (either right or left) was a bit challenging at times.

This property is located within walking distance of the beach , shops, and restaurants. Traffic on the island is heavy so it was nice to be able to walk where we wanted to go.

The location is mid island which has advantages but also traffic I liked the backyard grill and patio it is enclosed by privaty fence
