This modern home is only two blocks from the warm Gulf waves of Holmes Beach. You're right in the center of Anna Maria Island, with easy access to shops and restaurants. You can use the driveway of the home to park your car when you're not exploring - but if you want to get around like a local, north and southbound stops of the free trolley are each only a quick walk away, making it easy to visit the city of Anna Maria to the north or the sands of Bradenton Beach to the south. Back at home, enjoy the privacy of the fenced backyard and heated lagoon pool. Dry off and head to the covered balcony for more fresh air, or to start dinner on the grill. Back inside, the kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, making it easy to whip up some sides. Dine at the table for six - or counter for four - before retiring to the living room to stay entertained with free WiFi and a TV. Book now and enjoy the tropical vacation you've always dreamed of! This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests. Things to Know This property has a 7-night minimum stay requirement. The elevator and garage are not for guest use. Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Probably worst place I’ve stayed at on vacation ever. Hate to be that person but I’m just being honest here especially for what we paid to stay here. A lot of cons and little pros to be honest. These were our issues: Stuff all over the floor like it wasn’t swept. Cold water didn’t work for drinking. Fridge water just dripped. A pillow sheet had a blood stain on it. Long dark hair on bed sheet(wife is blonde). Never received an official check in message and received a check out email late evening 10 hrs before we left. Master shower knob was broken once turned on and stayed on hot. Luckily I knew how to fix it. Fire alarm on ceiling was pulled off and hanging by the wires. Pool was disgusting and water stunk like it hasn’t been treated. The trash disposal in the sink stunk on initial day and made whole condo stink. Stains on some of the cooking pans. Pros: friends stayed next door so we used their pool, some reason it was cleaner although Vacasa owns or manages both. Also, Vacasa had to come fix their faucets so they came and fixed our fire alarm, bedroom door and requested them fix tv because paper said not to touch boxes. Did notice 3-4 days in they came and cleaned the pool. The Island over all was pretty cool and chill compared to other places but we will 100% avoid staying at another Vacasa property. Just being honest here. Not mad just disappointed with the cost and how many issues we had.

The layout of this house is wonderful - we're a family with three small kids and it worked perfectly for us! The kitchen had everything we need (except ice/filtered water -- they were both so slow they weren't really useable from the fridge) and everything was comfortable and clean. We would definitely return!
