Inside, you'll find a welcoming living room with a comfortable open floor plan and full kitchen. There is also a small powder room. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, floor-to-ceiling windows for plenty of natural light, and a private en-suite with shower stall. At the end of the day, enjoy meals al fresco on your private balcony. Please note that this unit does not feature a bathtub. Guests will enjoy access to the community amenities, including a pool, coin-operated laundry, and of course, direct access to one of the country's most beautiful beaches. Take a quick walk to the free trolley stop to enjoy an air-conditioned ride along the island's seven miles of shops and attractions. Check out the latest exhibits at the Artist Guild Gallery, then enjoy an ice-cold drink down the street at Duffy's!

Guests will have access to the entire condominium, along with one assigned parking space.

A car is not required as many attractions are all within walking distance. There is also a free trolley service, and plenty of rideshare options. However, a car is recommended if you plan on traveling off the island to nearby Tampa, Sarasota, or St. Pete.

You will have the home completely to yourself, but our management team is available 24/7 in case of emergency.
