This is our 3 time on this property. We love it. Super close to the beach,parking is covered,always clean and packed with all we needed! We can wait to come back next year!

We booked Fountain Head 5 because we did stay here a couple of years ago. We loved how close it is to the beautiful beach and other amenities. Has had updates since we were there before, very good. Still hot upstairs in bedrooms, fans help but we were there in April. Can’t imagine being there in June July. We decided to try to stay another week. Went to Vacasa and had a very successful visit. The manager of the the place, Dave, was very nice and followed thru with getting us to stay the extra week. Made our day. Thanks Dave. Will come back again. Great location and nice amenities, really everything we needed for the week. It’s such a short walk (2 min if that) to the beach and also a similar walk to a nearby shopping center with groceries, pharmacy, restaurants and even a dollar tree for cheap supplies. The property manager was attentive and Vacasa was always a text message away.

The house was great! It was just my daughter and there was plenty of space. The upstairs can get warm but there are fans in the closets. You are steps from the amazing beach!

We loved the location, literally steps from the beach. The pool was a nice escape on the super windy days. The pool was super clean, had nice furniture and we met some very nice guests! We also grilled many nights and appreciated the green space. The condo is well stocked and the furniture and television cable and streaming options were appreciated. I had read some previous concerns with the mattresses and the heat upstairs. The bed was a little soft for me personally, but I tend to appreciate a firmer mattress. We found that if we we kept the curtains closed during the day, and the bedroom doors shut, the temperature was more comfortable for sleeping. Also we turned on one of the fans provided to keep the air circulating. It worked for us and we appreciate cold temps. We would definitely return.
