Gulf to Bay Getaway

Loved being so close to the beach where we could all come and go during the day. The Gulf was clear and warm. We found many fun places to eat. This is our second time in this specific condo.

Everything was clean, up to date, and easy to use/ access. The free public beach access was directly across the street, so close! And the free trolley stops were directly across the street (south bound) and about 1/3 block down the road (north bound), so very easy to access. Beach towels and a hose to rinse sand off by the front door were provided too. The owner also replied immediately to a question I had regarding the place after we booked it. My only negative comment is that the mattress on the twin bed closer to the window was not good, at least for an adult (the other mattresses were good/ fine though).

Location was absolutely perfect ! We loved everything about our stay. We will definitely be back!

We had a perfect 2 wks stay. We had 2 small children so being so close to the beach was perfect. Being able to see the sunset every night, either on tge beach or sitting on the deck. The only negative was the small pool area and hot tub. We will definitely be back.

This place was absolutely perfect for our week stay! Spacious, clean, and updated. We had 4 adults, 2 kids, and a baby and we all fit well. Great views and sun from the decks. The first couple days were a little chillier but the deck and pool felt warm and amazing. The pool was heated and we swam everyday. Crosswalk steps away leads you to the beach. Lots of beach toys and beach chairs. We went fishing and watched the sunrise off the dock over the bay. Easy to walk to multiple restaurants and coffee. We had groceries delivered through Walmart when we arrived. I've been coming to AMI for 30 years and this is one of the best places we've stayed! I prefer renting from smaller property managers, but Vacasa had good communication and we never had to reach out to them for anything. They give you the bare bones when it comes to supplies, so plan on purchasing extra if you're staying for longer than a couple days.

Traveled as a family with three adults and two children under age six. Location was absolutely perfect. Directly across from the beach with amazing sunset views. House is in walking difference of shops, restaurant, etc. Grocery store is a short drive away. Pool and hot tub were great too. Pier in the back of the property is perfect for fishing. Can’t say enough positives about this location and Anna Maria Island. We will definitely be back!
