Welcome to paradise by the beach! An opportunity like this doesn't come around often, as this home is located west of Gulf Drive and steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. The secluded location is away from the traffic noise and just steps to a private beach, so you will have your own sense of peace and quiet away from it all. The newly remodeled kitchen is absolutely adorable with bright accents and modern appliances, and a brand new Roman-style pool and spa await out back. The first floor features a separate bedroom and bath that would be ideal for elderly family members or teenagers who want a little separation from the adults upstairs. This beach shack is situated on an extra-large lot and has been owned by the same family for generations with much love. Relax on the front porch for morning coffee with Gulf breezes and then gather around the firepit in the evenings. Things to Know Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October Snowbird-friendly This property has a 7-night stay requirement. This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests. Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

If I could give the outdoor area more stars I would!!! The pool, hot tub, and surprise half basketball court were absolutely the best part of the house with three teens and a 3 year old! They had a blast in the backyard. The pool furniture looked new. The outdoor furniture in the upstairs screened in porch was very comfortable. Having screened in porches on both levels was a nice feature for enjoying morning coffee. The couch in the living room was also very comfortable. The home was clean and tidy except for a minor ant problem in the kitchen that should be addressed before it becomes a problem. We had to throw away almost an entire box of cereal we had purchased the day before because of the ants. Thankfully that’s the only item they had any interest in. All appliances were clean, appeared semi-new, and operable. More utensils would be nice so we wouldn’t have to run the dishwasher as often. The proximity to the beach was sooooo nice with a 3 year old who didn’t mind the couple of minutes it took to walk from the house to the beach. We rented a golf cart but honestly could have done without it. It was nice to go around the island in the golf cart but not really needed to get to/from the beach. Would have been nice if there were beach chairs and a beach wagon. The larger grill outside needs a good cleaning. The mattress in the upstairs master was super comfy…slept great all week! I prefer a softer mattress and this mattress was perfect but my husband prefers a firm mattress and he didn’t have any complaints. We would definitely rent this house out if we are in the area again in the future!

We had a family of 6, the walk was great to the beach. Under 5 minutes and no need to cross any roads. The home was very cute, and had a well stocked kitchen. We had 3 toddlers with us and one teenager, all loved the pool and basketball court. It was a quiet street at night and overall a great stay.
