The Crab Shack

Nice and roomy for a large party. Quiet hours are 9/10pm so maybe don’t plan on using the outdoor amenities. A little disappointed in this considering there is a pool, hot tub, put-put, 2 tvs and a fire pit that a more ideally used after dark when it’s cooler.

We had a snag at our initial property and the Vacasa Property management team diligently worked with us to get us moved quickly to this property. Thank you!! The “Crab Shack” property was a wonderful luxury vacation home. Plenty of space to accommodate my husband and I, my parents, and our 3 young adult children. (With beds to spare!) The space was updated with modern comforts, plenty of seating and areas for all to enjoy. Inside, there are several TVs, board games, large kitchen table for family dinner, and a private space for my parents. Two full kitchen spaces to use as needed. Beds were very comfortable. Outside provided all the fun you could dream of… beach access 4 houses down, private pool, hot tub, putting green, darts, etc. Beach chairs, umbrella, pool floats, and beach towels were there during our stay. 5-10 minutes drive (or golf cart ride) away from ice cream shops, restaurants, beach shops and Publix’s. Thank you for the use of your home and thank you, Vacasa for the wonderful hospitality. We love Anna Maria Island.

This place was perfect for the whole family! Grandparents, parents and kids all raved about this beautiful, well appointed house. There was something for everyone, including space for all. With 2 living spaces and kitchens inside, even on rainy days you could find a quite space if wanted or all hang out together and play games on the large family table. The outside had entertainment for everyone at all times. The putting greens won us all over and at times the dartboard was in high demand. The multiple hanging areas outside gave adults and kids their own private hangouts. The place was perfect for 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids and everyone could easily walk to the beach and back within minutes.

Loved the house! Everything you need for a relaxing get away. Easy walk to Holmes Beach, heated pool and hot tub were great option for kids in middle of the day and adults in the evening. Beds were comfortable.

Perfect week with extended family. The house had plenty of space for us all. Kids loved the pool and having their own living area to use. Very clean. Lots of beach chairs/equipment to use. Hoping to return next year!
