Very cute little beach house with beach access across the street. Main bed was comfy. Didn't use any of the other beds. There is a unit upstairs so you can hear the people upstairs walking around, fortunately it was all adults. I can see it being noisy if there were kids upstairs running around. We will try the upstairs unit next time!

The location of this unit is excellent as far as access to the beach, which is right across the street as well as Bridge Street two blocks away where all the shops and restaurants are. There’s also a trolley stop almost right outside the door as well. This unit is as pictured on the website. It’s cute and for the most part very clean. I didn’t give it five stars for cleanliness because the bathroom ceiling and tub could use a little work. When I booked this condo, I knew we may have some issues with noise from the unit above based on previous reviews. Depending on who stays above makes a difference. We were there for five days and within those five days, three different groups of people stayed in the unit above. The first group was a family with two small children who as soon as they woke in the morning, ran back-and-forth across the unit nonstop until they left the unit at which time they would go to the pool and scream at the top of their lungs. Needless to say it was a little annoying. The second two groups were much more reasonable, although you can hear every footsteps going across the floor. It’s also basically right on Gulf Drive so you will also get traffic noise that will wake you up early in the morning. I would probably not rent this unit again just because of the noise factor.

Terrific location across from the beach and short walk to wonderful shopping/dining area. Well appointed with kitchen equipment and plenty of towels. Really enjoyed our stay.

Loved that this house was right on the corner and across the street from the beach access. Everything is walking distance. Location couldn't have been better. The private pool was great. Everything was clean. Can't wait to come back.
