Love the house but four houses were being built around us which no one had control of. The walk to beach was close and over all we had a great vacation.

The house was nice. It was clean. It’s in a great location. Very easy access to the beach. We had one minor problem and that was taken care of very quickly by guest services. We had no problems communicating with guest services.

Location, pool and privacy

This property has outdated pictures on the listing. The backyard looks completely different. No trees anymore and your view is a new build construction, view on the side is an abandoned house. If all you care about is location to beach and nice pool it’s great! But we found it hard to enjoy with filthy old furniture, broken frig, broken faucet, no putter or balls for golf area, and many more. The bathroom is very nice, however very small. The bed was comfortable. The pullout bed in study was horrible and very old. Microwave and oven look new and nice. Prepare for concrete floors and no rugs. Air conditioning was nice and worked well. Can’t use bikes, they are broken. Easy check in and checkout. Easy to open door with key code. While we loved the pool and location to beach, we won’t stay here again unless it gets a complete overhaul.

Inside was very dated. It’s one thing to have a vintage bungalow, it’s another to have a vintage bungalow with furniture falling apart. Could definitely use a good $3000 investment to replace broken furniture, lamps that are loose from age, a nee refrigerator to replace the rusty, leaking one they have in there, as well as a microwave. Other than that, the front outside is very “old” Florida and the backyard is fun.
