Our 3-night stay had both positives and negatives. The property itself was enjoyable, and we made the most of our vacation. Unfortunately, the bed in our unit squeaked with every movement, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. We reported the issue after the first night and gave permission for maintenance to enter and fix it while we were out, but the problem was never addressed during our stay. It was frustrating to spend part of our vacation following up on an issue that had already been reported. Vacasa did provide a partial refund after our stay, which we appreciated. My hope is that the homeowner and management take guest feedback seriously and resolve this recurring issue, as a comfortable place to sleep is an important part of any vacation. With better attention to maintenance concerns, this could be a much better experience for future guests.

Great location!!! 2 minute walk to the bay side and less than 10 minute walk to the gulf. Perfect for a couple and maybe small children . Room is upstairs with many slanted ceilings. My husband is 6' 3" and had to duck here and there but he didn't mind. The resort is very tropical with a nice pool area. The place could use a few upgrades but all in all we enjoyed our time here and would revisit again. Anna Maria is a beautiful island and we love it there!! Also you are 1 block from the resturant The Waterfront. Excellent dining!!!!!

This apt is separate from the others (not connected or next to another one) whihc was nice. However, the apt was not thoroughly cleaned. It looked like it was quickly tidied up before I checked in.
