A car is not required as Anna Maria’s top attractions are all within walking distance. There is also a free trolley service, and plenty of ride share options. However, a car is recommended if you plan on traveling off the island to nearby Tampa, Sarasota, or St. Pete.

You will have the home completely to yourself, but our management team is available 24/7 in case of emergency.

We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

The unit we were given (which is unclear when you book) was dirtier than expected. Laundry facilities are shared, so not in the units, and parking is a bit confusing. We had no exterior lights and though reported to a Vacasa rep, there was no attempt to fix during our stay. For the price of the unit, I expected a nicer space.

The deadlocks on front and back doors did not work. This is a safety issue and should be fixed immediately. The area rug in the living room was filthy and couch also needed cleaning. TV in master bedroom did not connect to any channels. Blinds in master bedroom need replacing. Location is excellent. Kitchen was great. Good parking. Pool area is really nice.

Our room was clean and came with everything that we needed. The pool was clean. Our parking spot was accessible with our golf cart. Close to shops, restaurants, ice cream and small grocery. Would stay here again!

We loved the location of this property. We were a block away from Pine Street which had many great shops and restaurants. We also were just a few blocks away from the beach so we would walk there and didn't need to rent bikes. It also was close to The Sandbar which is a great restaurant and bar by the beach.

This unit ideally located for everything we wanted to do on Anna Marie Island. Also it was very important for us to have a unit with no steps everywhere we wanted to go on the property.
