The house has an excellent location and a lot of potential if some changes are made—for example, the fans on the terrace and in the master bedroom.

Open floor plan was amazing and having a washer and dryer was great! Great location.

I would actually give 3.5 stars but that's not an option. There was a group of six of us (adults) who stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. We chose this house because it has a dock which made getting out on the water quick and easy. It's a great location with plenty of parking. We could walk to Pine Ave to shops, coffee, doughnuts, etc. where it's not always easy to find parking. The interior was very clean and there were a lot of towels provided. The local Vacasa team was quick to respond to questions and even enabled us to check in early. The kitchen and hall bathroom are nicely remodeled. The one thing that probably would have stopped us from renting this house was the third bathroom being outside which we couldn't tell from the website pictures. If you don't mind 4 people sharing, or walking outside to get to your bathroom, it is not a deal breaker. However, we did not use it a lot since you have to go out the sliding glass doors and there is an alarm that chimes loudly when you open the doors (for safety reasons, which is necessary). The other thing we wished we would have known is that the king bedroom, without the bathroom, does not have great A/C. There are box fans provided but it's still a little toasty. There were no spices, not even salt or pepper, which we knew ahead of time from previous reviews so we knew to bring our own. Also, there were no large bowls for salad or food prep and one small cookie sheet. If you don't plan on cooking much, then this is not an issue. Seating was limited in the living room as one of the chairs has a broken leg so no one wanted to sit in it. You could seat 4 comfortably on the couch. Also, the outdoor kitchen is not usable but there is a portable grill that works decent. This is the ideal house for 4 adults who don't plan on cooking much and have a boat. It would probably be good for a small family too. I think the beaches are within walking distance but don't hold me to that.

The home was clean, tidy, and exactly what you’d expect from a professionally managed Vacasa property. Because Vacasa owns the home, there are no homeowner belongings, and the kitchen has only the basics with minimal cookware and no condiments, not even salt and pepper. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels were provided. The location is excellent, just one block from the gorgeous beach on Willow Street and close to the quieter north end of the island where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and several golf cart rental spots. Publix on the island is also incredibly convenient. The house itself is comfortable, and the kitchen and one of the bathrooms have been refurbished. The pool area is large with lots of room to relax. The pool and lanai do show wear from prior storm damage and age, so the area looks a bit tired even though it’s clean. A future refurbishment would really elevate the outdoor space. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well‑located home that works great for a beach stay, and we would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you Vacasa for a great stay!

The home is centrally located and a great place to gather! The pool area needs a deep cleaning, but if you can overlook that its a perfect stay!
