Private bedrooms and bathrooms (if you're traveling with a friend), lots of room downstairs to stretch out and relax. Coffee on the rooftop deck was a plus. Most of our trips into various parts of Austin took us just 10 or 15 minutes via car.
The home was very nice. Top notch appliances and everything we needed. Location was perfect for us. Parking was a big problem and the construction noise was annoying.
Great house. In walking distance to a coffee shop, a park w/tennis and pickleball, and a bike / walking path as well as a youth entertainment complex (bowling, roller skating, etc.). Well-stocked kitchen (pots and pans, etc.) and appliances worked well. We loved the roof top deck. Easy drive to restaurants and other attractions.
Good location close to all the cool places.
The home itself is beautiful. The surroundings, well, LOTS of graffiti right outside the property. Homeless people less than a half a block away, which look to be living on the street permanently. The weeds/grass seems to have not been cut or trimmed in months, very tall all around the property. New construction directly next too/behind this townhome was most definitely not enjoyable, as the workers not only blocked getting in and out of the property but the banging and usual building noises at 6am where not enjoyable. On the plus sides, the home itself is very well kept. All you need in the kitchen utensil and dish wise is there. Beds where comfy, master could be replaced due to "dips" from wear. Close to lots of restaurants which most of Austin is.
This is a very pretty home that has plenty of space. The patios are particularly nice and give a great view! Having said that, please note that the parking is street only. While a parking space is provided, it is shared and had a car that never moved our entire trip. Additionally, while the space appeared clean, when we put our slippers under the bed we found piles of dust, hair, crackers, etc. Finally, many of the doors do not close properly and have to be forced. I will say that Vacasa customer service is top notch as our car battery died when we checked out and they let us stay a couple of hours without charge until we got a new battery.
