What a great unit and lovely balcony view! Unit was perfect for 2, and exactly as advertised. Unfortunately it rained 2 of 3 days during our stay and we didn’t get to use the pool as much as we hoped, but the condo was super cute and cozy so it was really nice to be able to relax and unwind. Great location with shops and restaurants close by. There was some construction close by but this did not bother us. Very Small gym that includes 3 separate peloton rooms. Property has a stunning pool deck and community area.

Lovely stay at the Natiivo. I was in town for an event at the Fairmont and was pleasantly surprised that the distance to hotels in the area was very walkable. This is a great alternative to a hotel with an cozy at home feel. Waking up to the views of the river and sun pouring onto the deck, 24/7 concierge service, afternoons cooling off at the rooftop pool. Nature trails, restaurants, live music all at your doorstep. Highly recommend.

The place was cute & cozy. The bed was very comfortable! Walking distance to nearby Rainey Street with bars, restaurants & food trucks. The attached bar had great coffee & the lobby was nice. The front desk employees & everyone staying there was very friendly. The rooftop pool area was nice! The water was a little too cold to get in, but the view was amazing! A great vacation overall!

Very clean, and comfortable setting. Loved the kitchen, they provided all the cooking utensils and cookware needed. The bathroom was spacious and very clean as well. We just loved the entire experience of staying here for 3 nights. Swimming pool and gym were very nice as well.
