Natiivo Austin Sky High

The property was great. I didn't enjoy working with vacasa, They wouldn't work with us on early check ins or late check out. Also the cafe/bar downstairs was closed for a few of the days that we were there. It was walking distance to food and drinks which was nice.

The apartment we stayed in had amazing views of Austin’s skyline and Lady Bird Lake. We could even see the bats come out at night. The unit was very spacious, nicely designed and the beds were very comfortable. Having laundry in the unit was very convenient as well. Staff were all very nice and helpful. The valets were excellent. They never took longer than two and half minutes to bring our car out. One guy even brought it out on Friday night in less than two minutes. The coffee shop right next to the lobby was also a nice bonus with good coffee and food. There are some great restaurants within walking distance (You have to try Emmer & Rye) and the trail along the lake is right around the corner. Great location and great views. Couldn’t ask for a better place.

4 of us went to Austin for a girls' trip. This unit is high up in the building. We loved the views and being able to quickly get to restaurants, live music bars and shopping. We had rainy weather so we didn't use the pool, but the building is very nice.

Location, views, friendly staff. Truly a wonderful Austin experience!

I wish I had more time to stay here! The building is in a perfect location overlooking Lady Bird lake with an unbelievable view of Austin's cityscape. Just a short 2 block to vibrant Rainey St restaurants and bars yet feels a little less city crowded. Steps from the amazing water side walking / biking trails. Gorgeous roof top pool with an outdoor fireplace and intimate seating areas to chat, view the Downtown and the famous bridge that the bats fly out from under at sunset. The floor to ceiling windows in this unit make it an exceptional view! The primary bedroom has 2 sides of windows for the same view and more in the other direction. 2nd bedroom also has full window and walking closet. The spancrete ceilings / floors make for a very quiet unit. Linda at the front desk was amazing with checkin and city tips. Great lobby with fireplace and plenty of seating and also an attached coffee shop also carrying wines, beers, etc to purchase and bring to your unit. Cant say enough about the Natiivo! A must rent if you are visiting Austin!

This place was fantastic. The entire condo was great. There is a nice coffee shop on the main level a good restaurant around the corner,and the pool was awesome. The condo was great. Had everything we needed.
