Stayed here with our five person family for my daughter’s graduation. The condo was very roomy and well equipped. The location was excellent with all of Rainey Street right nearby. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were comfortable. The couch was comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and modern. They provide a small supply of coffee and toiletries and they didn’t require any pre-cleaning at checkout, which was nice! Whenever I had an issue, I could text them and someone would reply almost instantly. They have valet parking on site for $40 plus tax but there’s also an open parking lot next to the building where you can park yourself and the rate is $41 overnight. I had been concerned about road noise, but I can happily say there was none! I would definitely stay here again! The only complaint I have is that two days before checkout they sent an offer that we could pay for a late checkout. The night before checkout, my daughter wasn’t feeling well, so I contacted them to ask about the checkout, and they told me NO and said that was a limited time offer - which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! I checked and the condo was not rented the day that we were checking out so it was really irritating to get the offer for a late checkout and then be told no! This is a hotel condo building. There is someone at check-in 24/7. Downstairs they have a small coffee cafe which was very convenient. I will note that when someone is taking a shower the water heater in the closet in the living room will shake and make noise, but it stops when the person’s shower is over! The air-conditioning worked well too! The only other negative I can think of is that the towels are extremely old and ratty and could definitely use replacement! Otherwise, this was an absolutely excellent stay!

The apartment was great. It’s about a 25 min walk to 6th street. I loved the cafe and bar downstairs. The place looked just like the pictures. Easy check in and check out.
