The apartment was perfect. It was in a lovely area and had everything needed. I would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

Unit was nice other than the A/C being out for half of the stay. Problem was pointed out Friday at check in and wasn’t fixed until Saturday.

Staying here was such a refreshing change – the home was tidy, cozy, and felt incredibly welcoming. Having a full-sized fridge, stove, cooking ware, and a washer/dryer gave us so much more freedom than we’d usually have in a hotel. The valet service was fantastic, truly one of the highlights of our stay, especially since parking in Austin can be a nightmare. We enjoyed how quiet the unit itself was – no sounds from neighboring rooms at all, though traffic noise was noticeable due to the room’s location. Facing the highway meant the daytime views weren’t remarkable, but at night, the twinkling lights added a nice touch. I would have given this 5 stars if not for a couple of maintenance issues. The washer had an unpleasant odor, which suggested it might need servicing or a deep clean. Additionally, the shower design wasn’t enclosed enough to keep water contained, leading to significant splashing onto the floor. We ended up using most of the towels to manage it, but even then, it was difficult to keep the water from spreading. These minor fixes would make a big difference in the overall experience. I didn’t have the chance to check out the other amenities, like the gym, lounge, or rooftop pool, but I imagine they’d only add more value to the stay and make it even more worth the price. I’d gladly book another stay simply because staying in a home instead of a hotel felt so much more relaxed and freeing—definitely a lot less stressful!

Overall a nice place - some odd design choices and mistakes but mostly a nice stay!

Clean, modern, huge with great views. Vacasa check in with Ryan at front desk was easy and he was super helpful. Great kitchen. Fun area!
