This is a really nice condo hotel in a great location. I stayed for a week while visiting for work. It’s gets busy on the weekends, especially at the pool, but the apartments are quiet and you can’t hear the street noise or other condos. The elevators can be kind of slow, so just be prepared for that. The beds are comfy and everything was super clean and new!

This is the type of place that I could rent for months and never not be in awe of the amazing views. It had everything that you need for a long term stay. I wish that we would have had "pool weather" while we were there, as the rooftop pool area was gorgeous. The coffee shop in the lobby was wonderful and everyone living/staying there was very friendly.

This property is near the Rainey Street entertainment area and just off Lady Bird Lake Trail. Great location and nice amenities.

Pros: more space and better amenities than a hotel. The fact that there was a full kitchen and laundry was amazing! The views of the city were also great. Cons: the bed sunk in the middle and was too soft. There is no door on the shower, so no matter how hard you tried, water leaked out onto the floor. There was also only a certain amount of hot water during your shower - maybe about 5 minutes then it kept getting colder. Overall, I would recommend this property if the bed and shower door were remedied.
